DCTN1Dynactin subunit 1은 인간에게 DCTN1 유전자에 의해 암호화된 단백질이다.[5]
함수
이 유전자는 23개의 서브유닛(22~150kD에 이르는 11개의 개별 단백질)[6]으로 구성된 고분자 복합체인 다이낙틴의 가장 큰 서브유닛을 인코딩한다. 다이낙틴은 세포질 다이네인, 다이네인 화물 어댑터, 마이크로 튜브에 결합한다.[7] 그것은 ER-to-Golgi 전송, 리소솜과 엔도솜의 구심운동, 스핀들 형성, 염색체 이동, 핵 위치설정, 축생성 등 다양한 세포 기능에 관여한다.
이 하위 단위는 일반적으로 p150-글루드라고 한다.[5] 다이낙틴 콤플렉스당 2부씩 존재하며 다이낙틴의 본체로부터 확장되는 long75nm 길이의 유연한 팔을 형성한다.[6] p150 글레이드 암에는 미세관,[8] 미세관 플러스 팁결합 단백질 EB1 [9]및 다이네인 중간 체인의 N-terminus의 결합 부위가 포함되어 있다.[10][11]
이 유전자의 대체적인 스플라이싱은 적어도 기능적으로 구별되는 2개의 등소형, 즉 보편적으로 표현되는 한 가지와 뇌 특유의 한 형태를 낳는다. 이 유전자는 세포유전학적 위치를 바탕으로 사지거들 근위축증의 후보 유전자로 간주된다.[12]
