Khorram Rud Rural District (Persian: دهستان خرم رود) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Lenjan County, Isfahan Province, Iran.[1]2006년 인구조사에서 인구는 4,940명으로 1,245가족이었다.[2]농촌 지역에는 5개의 마을이 있다.
