국방군(COS) 참모총장(아일랜드어: Ceann Foirne na bhForsai Cosanta)은 아일랜드 국방군의 행정 관리를 맡고 있으며 육군, 해군 및 공군 지부의 최고위 군 장교이다.참모총장은 국방군 최고사령관인 아일랜드 대통령이 아일랜드 정부의 승인에 따라 국방장관의 추천으로 임명한다.참모총장실은 개인 참모, 전략기획실, 홍보과, 군 [1]판사로 구성된다.
