법철학

저널 및 출판물
위스콘신 대학 로스쿨의 대표 저널은 위스콘신 법학 리뷰로 1920년에[3][4] 설립되어 [5]1935년에 학생 주도의 법학 리뷰가 되었다.로스쿨 학생들은 1982년에 설립된 위스콘신 국제법 저널과 1985년에 설립된 위스콘신 여성법 저널의 연장선상에 있는 위스콘신 법학, 성별 및 사회 저널 두 개의 전문 저널을 발행한다.세 번째 전문지인 위스콘신 환경법 저널은 1994년에 창간되었으나 2002년에 발행이 중단되었다.
임상 프로그램

전통
로스쿨에서 가장 눈에 띄는 전통은 가르고일의 전통이다.가르고일은 1893년에 지어진 원래의 로스쿨 건물의 지붕을 장식했다.1963년 그 건물이 헐렸을 때, 거대한 고일은 잔해 속에서 온전한 상태로 발견되어 비공식 마스코트로 보존되었다.그것은 로스쿨의 상징이 되었고 수년 동안 로스쿨 건물 밖에 전시되었다.가장 최근의 보수 공사로 로스쿨 아트리움 안쪽으로 좀 더 안전한 곳으로 옮겼습니다.위스콘신 로스쿨 동문잡지와 위스콘신 로리뷰의 표지를 장식한 가고일의 이미지는 가고일이라고 불린다.그 이미지는 로스쿨 기념품에 적용되었다.가고일 외에도 "블라인드 버키"는 로스쿨의 비공식 마스코트로도 사용된다.
또 다른 전통은 1930년대부터 시작된 홈커밍 지팡이 던지기이다.대학 미식축구 경기가 시작되기 전, 3학년 법대생들이 볼러 모자를 쓰고 지팡이를 들고 캠프 랜들 스타디움의 축구장 북쪽 끝에서 남쪽 끝까지 달립니다.학생들이 운동장의 남쪽 끝에 있는 골대에 다다르면, 그들은 그들의 지팡이를 골대 위로 던지려고 시도합니다.만약 학생이 성공적으로 지팡이를 골대 위로 던지고 그것을 잡으면, 그녀는 첫 번째 소송에서 승리할 것이고, 만약 그녀가 그것을 잡지 못하면, 그 반대는 사실일 것이라고 전설이 있다.

졸업장 특권
