외스테릴드 풍력터빈 시험장(대체로 리쇠)은 덴마크 테테드-외스테릴드 인근 최대 330m(1,080ft)[1] 높이의 해상 풍력터빈 시험을 위해 덴마크 공과대학(DTU) DTU 리쇠 캠퍼스에서 관리하는 시설이다.[2]

역사

이 지역은 1450년경부터 날아오는 모래로 몸살을 앓았고, 1889년부터 모래를 견제하기 위한 농장이 시작되었다.[3]

국제 IEC 61400 표준은 상업적 가치를 얻기 위해 풍력 터빈을 설계하고 검증하는 방법을 명시한다.[4]풍력 터빈을 시험하기에 적합한 지역은 좋은 바람, 특정 표면 거칠기, 현장 주변이 깨끗한 지역이어야 하며 EU 특별 보호 구역에 있어서는 안 된다.폴케팅은 17개 지역을[5] 조사해 비판을 이끌어낸 뒤 2010년 6월 외스테릴드에 풍력터빈 시험센터를 설립하기로 결정했다.[6]2012년 출범해 관광객들에게 인기가 높다.[3][7]2017년 문을 연 방문객이 2020년 5만명에 달했다.[8]50kW 충전소가 있다.[9][10]현재의 터빈들은 2020년에 240미터의 높이에 도달했지만, 400미터까지의 미래 터빈은 수용할 수 없다.[8][11]

새로운 연못과 개방된 지역은 박쥐들의 환경을 개선시켰다.[12][13]2015년에 이 지역에 첫 번째 바다 독수리가 왔다.[14]

설명

7개의 테스트 스탠드가 있으며, 각 테스트 스탠드는 서쪽에 있는 고유의 기상학적 마스트가 있다.일부 스탠드는 2015년에 아직 사용되지 않았다.[15]2016년, 풍력 터빈 산업은 미래의 시험 요건을 충족시키기 위해 더 많은 스탠드를 요청했다.[16]터빈은 영구적이지 않지만, 다음 터빈으로 교체되기 전에 현장에서 몇 달 동안 테스트를 거친다.

시험장 북쪽 끝과 남쪽 끝에는 항공기 경고등이 장착된 250m 높이의 가이드가 달린 돛대 2개가 있다.
