2003년 아크와 이봄 주지사 선거는 2003년 [1][2][3][4][5]4월 19일 치러졌다.현직 주지사인 PDP의 오봉 빅토르 아타는 ANPP의 삼손 임에 우마나와 약 3명의 다른 [6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15]후보들을 물리치고 연임에 성공했다.
오봉 빅터 아타가 예비선거에서 PDP 후보 지명을 받았다.그는 크리스 에크페용을 [16][17][18]러닝메이트로 내세웠다.

아크와 이봄 주의 주지사는 복수 투표 방식으로 선출됩니다.
결과.
총 5명의 후보자들이 무소속 선거관리위원회에 등록하여 선거에 [19]참여하였다.현직 주지사 오봉 빅토르 아타는 약 4명의 다른 [7][20][21][22][23][24][25][26]후보들을 물리치고 연임에 성공했다.
