2019년 켄터키 주 국무장관 선거는 2019년 11월 5일 켄터키 주 국무장관을 선출하기 위해 실시되었다.예비선거는 2019년 5월 21일에 실시되었다.앨리슨 런더건 그라임스 민주당 현 장관은 임기제한으로 3선에 도전할 수 없게 되면서 2003년 이후 처음으로 국무장관에 대한 공개선거가 실시됐다.
공화당 후보인 마이클 애덤스는 민주당 후보인 헤더 프렌치 [1]헨리를 근소한 차이로 이겼다.이 경선은 2019년 켄터키주에서 치러진 주지사 선거를 제외하고 민주당 후보가 거의 승리할 뻔했던 유일한 주 전체 경선이었습니다.또한 켄터키, 루이지애나 또는 미시시피에서 유일하게 비도지사 선거로 민주당이 2019년에 45% 이상의 득표율을 기록했다.
