BioLineRx (Hebrew: ביוליין אר אקס), or BioLine, is a publicly traded drug development company that seeks to discover compounds for disease treatment and develop them into commercializable drugs. 이스라엘에 본사를 둔 그것의 주식은 나스닥 캐피털 마켓과 텔아비브 증권 거래소에서 거래된다.

관리

모리스 래스터(M.D.)의 동창이다. 다운스테이트 메디컬 센터는 2009년까지 BioLineRx의 CEO였다. 2010년 초 텔아비브 대학교 동문인 키네레트 사비츠키(Kinneret Savitsky)로 교체되었다.[9] 사비츠키는 2016년 10월 10일 바이오라인 COO 필립 설린에 의해 CEO로 교체되었다.

운영

바이오라인Rx는 의약품 개발업체로 유망 화합물이 발견되면 사전 임상시험을 통해 이를 선도하고 다른 업체를 참여시켜 상용화가 가능한 의약품으로 추가 개발한다.[10] 2009년 이카리아홀딩스와 손잡고 BL-1040 화합물을 개발하면서 첫 주요 사업화 협약을 체결했다.[11] 2010년 바이오라인은 사이프러스 바이오사이언스와 BL-1020 화합물 개발을 위한 상용화 협약을 체결했다. 사이프레스와의 계약은 2011년 회사가 라미우스 LLC에 인수되면서 취소되었다.[12]
