역사

셀로니스는 2011년 알렉스 린케, 바스티안 노미나허, 마틴 클렌크가 뮌헨공과대학(TUM)의 스핀오프(spinoff)로 설립했으며,[1] 2012년 셀로니스는 SAP HANA 플랫폼에 새로운 애플리케이션을 구축하는 분석 스타트업의 가속기인 [4]SAP Startup Focus 프로그램에 합류했다.[5]

2015년 7월 셀로니스는 SAP와 리셀러 계약을 체결했다.이후 셀로니스는 SAP에 의해 SAP에 의한 셀로니스 프로세스 마이닝으로 제공되었다.[6]셀로니스는 SAP Startup Focus 프로그램에서 SAP와 리셀러 계약을 맺은 첫 번째 기업이었다.[7]

2016년 6월, 셀로니스는 83 North와 Accel이 주도한 시리즈 A 자금으로 2,750만 달러를 받았다.[8]

셀로니스는 2019년 11월 25억달러의 평가에서 시리즈 C펀딩 2억9000만달러를 마감했다.[10]

2021년 6월 셀로니스는 110억 달러의 가치평가로 10억 달러의 시리즈 D 투자를 유치해 포브스 기준으로 뉴욕과 독일의 가장 가치 있는 스타트업이 됐다.[11]

획득

셀로니스는 2019년 4월 벨기에 소프트웨어 회사 반야스를 미공개 금액으로 인수했다.[12]Vanyas 기술을 Celonis 플랫폼에 통합하여 SAP에 실시간으로 연결할 수 있게 하였다.[13]

2020년 10월, 셀로니스는 체코 소프트웨어 스타트업 Integromat.com을 "1억 달러 이상"에 인수했다.[14]Integromat은 통합 플랫폼(iPaaS)을 판매한다.[15]

2021년 10월, 셀로니스는 런던/아틴스 기반의 소프트웨어 회사를 100명 이상의 직원이 근무하고 있는 렌즈를 인수했다.io는 실시간 스트리밍 데이터 툴을 전문으로 한다.[16]
