코드루드(Code Rod, "Code Red"의 네덜란드어)는 네덜란드에 기반을 둔 기후 활동가들의 네트워크다.그 활동가들은 화석 연료 산업에 반대하여 대규모 시민 불복종 행위를 조직한다.[1]

코드루드는 수평으로 조직되어 있으며, 시위자들이 이틀 동안 탄광과 화력발전소를 폐쇄했던 2016년 엔데 겔렌데에 의해 부분적으로 영감을 받았다.[2][3]

역사

2017년 6월 코드루드는 암스테르담 항구와 인근 기후캠프에서 시민 불복종 조치를 요구했다.[4]이 시민 불복종 조치는 네덜란드 우르겐다 재단의 재판 사건 2주년인 6월 24일에 일어났다.[2]약 300명의 활동가들이 OBA 벌크 터미널 암스테르담의 석탄 항구를 8시간 이상 성공적으로 폐쇄했는데, 이 항구의 가격은 약 5만 유로가 들었다.[5]이 단체는 어두워지기 전에 떠나겠다고 발표했지만, 5명의 활동가들이 크레인을 타고 남아 불법 침입 혐의로 체포되었다.[6]

2018년 8월 코드루드는 셸과 엑손모빌이 소유한 합작법인 네델란드세 아르다리 마츠차피즈(NAM) 소속 저장탱크 그룹 인근 그루닝엔에서 시위를 조직했다.[7]행진은 NAM의 천연가스 채굴로 인해 주택이 파손된 지역 주민들이 참여해 400[8]~700여명이 참석한 가운데 탱크단지 출입을 통제하는 캠프를 꾸렸다.[9]경찰은 이날 오후 늦게 200[8]~300여 명의 시위대가 추가로 합류한 뒤 합의보다 담장 가까이 이동한 단체에 대해 배턴과 후추 스프레이를 사용했고,[9] 코드루드는 활동가 5명이 다쳤고 1명은 구급차에서 치료를 받아야 한다고 보고했다.[8][10]경찰은 2019년 2월 경찰들이 시위 현장에서 불균형한 무력을 행사했다는 성명을 발표했다.[11][12]

2021년 5월, 코드루드는 가스회사가 같은 도시에서 연례 회의를 여는 동안 헤이그에 있는 쉘 주유소를 시위로 검은색으로 칠하기 위해 소멸 반란과 협력했다.[13]
