태즈메이니아 풋볼 리그(TFL) 클럽 클라렌스 출신인 아처는 2010년 AFL 신인 드래프트에서 36번으로 세인트 킬다에 영입되어 2011년 2라운드 [1]리치몬드와의 경기에서 시니어 AFL 데뷔를 했습니다.조용한 경기 후, Archer는 시니어 팀으로 복귀하지 않고 St Kilda's Victorian Football League([2]VFL) 계열의 Sandringham에서 2011년과 2012년 남은 기간 동안 뛰었다.
