부주스와 바흐소이라는 가명으로도 알려진 돈봇은 제약 및 주식 기반 이메일 스팸메일을 보내는 데 주로 관여하는 봇넷이다.[1][2][3]

돈봇봇봇넷은 하루에 8억 개의 스팸메일을 보내는 [2]약 12만5천 개의 개별 컴퓨터로 구성되어 있다고 생각된다.[4]이 금액은 봇넷이 전체 스팸 양의 최대 4%를 차지하는 스파이크를 알고 있음에도 불구하고 [6]전 세계 스팸 추정량인[5] 하루에 2,300억 건의 약 1.3%에 해당한다.[7]
