에사이아스 제임스 페리 (E. J. Perry, 1879년 출생)는 뉴욕시에서 활동한 20세기 초 실루엣 예술가였으며 코니 아일랜드의 루나 파크에 있는 부스에서 일했으며, 미국 전역의 문화 박람회에서도 일했다.[1][2]그는 원래 노스캐롤라이나 먼로 출신 아프리카계 미국인으로 뉴욕시 인근 할렘과 코니 아일랜드에서 살고 일했다.그는 유명한 사람들의 실루엣 초상화를 많이 그렸는데, 아마도 그 중 가장 유명한 것은 로드 아일랜드 프로비던스에 있는 그 작가의 추모 명판에 나오는 H. P. Lovecraft일 것이다.[1][2]
