오픈플러그(OpenPlug)는 휴대폰용 모바일 애플리케이션 개발 툴과 소프트웨어에 초점을 맞춘 프랑스의 기업이다. 이 회사는 2002년 8월 에릭 베이서스와 데이비드 라미 채리어에 의해 설립되었다. 오픈플러그 이전에는 텍사스인스트루먼트 2G와 2.5 제품군용 레퍼런스 소프트웨어 솔루션을 담당했다.

Alcatel-Lucent는 2010년 9월 1일에 OpenPlug를 인수했다고 발표했다[3].

오픈플러그는 휴대전화 OEM, ODM, 칩셋 공급업체뿐 아니라 모바일 애플리케이션 개발자를 겨냥한 여러 모바일 소프트웨어 기술 제품과 개발 도구를 개발했다. 오픈플러그 역시 상기 영역에서 프로페셔널 서비스를 제공했다.

상품들

ELIPS Studio는 네이티브 휴대 단말기 기기 애플리케이션을 위한 교차 플랫폼 개발 환경(SDK)이다.
