Operation DisrupTorDisrupTor 작전은 다크웹상의 마약 밀매업자들을 대상으로 한 국제적인 수사였다.합동 범죄 조직인 오피오이드와 다크넷 집행 기관에 의해 조정된 이 작전은 연방 수사국에 의해 개시되고 관리되었다.또한 마약 단속국, 미국 이민세관국, 미국 비밀국, 미국 우편검사국, 국세청 범죄수사국, 알코올, 담배, 총기 및 폭발물국, 현지 사법기관의 [1]지원도 이루어졌다.

이 작전은 2020년 9월 22일 법무차관 제프리 A에 의해 발표되었다. 로젠이 [6]공동기자회견에서요운영의 이름은 "disrupt"와 Tor의 합성어로, 다크 [7][8]웹에 접속하기 위해 자주 사용되는 오픈 소스 익명 네트워크입니다.
