피터 포고

Peter Foggo

피터 포고(1930~1993)는 [1]영국의 건축가로 1980년대 런던의 브로드게이트에서 1단계 개발 계획을 세운 아룹 어소시에이츠에서 팀장을 맡았다.

포고는 1959년 오브 아룹 빌딩 그룹에 가입했으며, 1963년 새로운 아룹 어소시에이트의 파트너가 되었다.[2]

포그고는 1972년 문을 연 노팅엄의 렌턴 산업단지 45에이커 부지에 담배제조 공장인 호라이즌 빌딩을 설계해 1973년 파이낸셜타임스 건축상을 수상했다.현재는 임페리얼 담배가 소유하고 있으며, 상장 면책특권을 부여받은 뒤 2018년 12월부터 철거가 시작됐다.[3][4][5][2]

1989년, 그는 피터 포그고 어소시에이츠를 설립하였고, 사후 포그고 어소시에이츠로 개명하였다.[6]
