Planview는 텍사스주 오스틴에 본사를 둔 글로벌 기업 소프트웨어 기업이다.

역사

이 회사는 1989년 패트릭 더빈에 의해 텍사스 오스틴에서 설립되었다.1997년 완전한 웹 기반 리소스 및 프로젝트 포트폴리오 관리(PPM) 소프트웨어인 Planview Enterprise(2017년 기준 버전 14)를 출시했다.2010년에는 클라우드로 이동하여 SaaS(Software as a Service) 제품을 제공하였다.

획득

2013년 12월 Insight Venture Partners는 Planview에 대한 상당한 지분을 취득했다.[1]

Planview는 2014년 8월 스톡홀름에 본사를 둔 프로젝트 협업 회사인 Projectplace를 인수했다.[2]플랜뷰는 2015년 5월 오스틴 소재 엔터프라이즈 아키텍처 관리 소프트웨어 기업인 트룩스 테크놀로지스를 인수했다.[3]2016년 8월 1일 샌프란시스코에 본사를 둔 이노타스 인수를 발표하여 IT 프로젝트 포트폴리오 관리 소프트웨어 리더십을 미드 마켓으로 확대하였다.[4]

2017년 1월 토마 브라보가 플랜뷰를 인수해 대주주가 됐다.[5]Insight Venture Partners는 이 회사에 대한 원래 2014년 자본 투자를 유지했다.

2017년 12월 플랜뷰는 린키트를 인수했다.[6]

2018년 12월 플랜뷰는 스피깃을 인수했다.[7]

2020년 7월 플랜뷰는 아파지를 인수했다.[8]

플랜뷰는 2021년 2월 클라리젠과 체인지포인트를 인수했다.[9]
