프록코틸
Proctosedyl프록코틸은 다양한 프락토롤 장애를 치료하기 위해 고안된 동일한 활성 성분을 가진 두 제품군의 브랜드 이름이다. 하나는 국소적인 연고이고, 다른 하나는 직장적인 임시방편이다. 영국에서는 두 제품 모두 사노피-아벤티스 그룹을 대신해 파테온 리미티드사가 제조한 계약이다.[1][2] 제조 및 유통은 사노피 아벤티스 자회사[3] 회흐스트와 회흐스트 마리온 루셀이 전 세계 다른 지역에서 제공하고 있다.[4]
적용
황백색, 반투명, 기름기가 많은 연고와[1] 부드럽고 비백색인 연고는[2] 모두 만성 치질(다른 명칭은 항문 가려움증 또는 항문염)[1][2][5]의 완화와 치질(다른 명칭은 말뚝)과 관련된 통증, 자극, 배출 및 가려움증의 치료를 위해 만들어진다.[1][2][5] 그러나 두 제품 모두 항문결핵 치료,[6][7][8] 치질 절제술을 받는 환자의 경우([8]선 및 후 수술), 파열 후 치질 조건 완화,[8][9] 비감염 치료에도 사용된다.[8]
