레드레모네이드
Red lemonade레드레모네이드(Irish: Liomanaid dereg)는 아일랜드에서 판매되는 청량 음료로 아일랜드인들의 문화적 정체성의 일부로 뚜렷이 여겨지고 있다.[1]
아일랜드의 레모네이드에는 전통적으로 빨강, 갈색, 흰색의 세 가지 종류가 있다. 세 가지 모두 레몬향이지만 품종마다 맛의 차이가 두드러진다.[2] 그것은 특히 축제일과 관련이 있지만 민간요법이 될 수도 있다.[3][4][5]
레드레모네이드는 스스로 마시고 아일랜드, 특히 위스키에서 정령과 함께 믹서로 제공되기도 한다.[6][7] 레드 레모네이드의 주요 브랜드로는 TK(옛 테일러 키스), 컨트리 스프링, 핀치, 내쉬스 등이 있다.[8] 주요 브랜드로는 메인, 요트, C&C(Cantrell & Cochrane) 등이 있다.[7] 유럽 연합 당국이 붉은 레모네이드를 금지시켰다는 도시 신화가 있었지만,[9] 사실 당국은 단순히 암을 유발하는 염료를 금지했다.[10][11]
