RCI(Research Center Imarat)는 텔랑가나 주 하이데라바드에 위치한 DRO 실험실이다. 이 연구소는 미사일 시스템, 유도무기, 인도군용 첨단 항전 연구와 개발을 담당하고 있다.[2] 1988년 APJ 압둘 칼람에 의해 설립되었다.[3] 현재 우 라자 바부가 이끌고 있다.[4][5][6]

배경

리서치 센터 이마라트는 미사일용 항전 및 항법 시스템을 개발하는 세계적인 선두 주자다.[7] RCI는 인도-이스라엘 공동개발 MISAM(Medium Range Surface to Air Missile, MISSAM) 프로그램을 성공적으로 진두지휘하고 있으며, 첫 3회 연속 임무에서 해트트릭을 달성한 대표적인 실험실이다.[8][9]
