러시아 기초연구재단(RFBR)은 1992년 4월 27일 러시아 대통령령으로 제정된 러시아[1] 정부의 국가 과학 기금 기관이다.[2]

활동.

RFBR은 개별 과학자와 연구팀에 경쟁적으로 재정지원을 해 연구주제를 독립적으로 선정하고, 학술팀을 꾸리고, 가장 유망한 연구 프로젝트에 자원을 집중할 수 있게 한다. [3]

기초 연구에 대한 러시아 재단 재정 및 research,[4][5][6]러시아 연구 institutions,[7]을 위한 연구 조사를 데이터베이스에 액세스 협상에서 높은 사람 엘스비어의 학업 생산성과 표창 메트릭스에서 러시아의 과학자들에 대한 스코 푸스 산 시상식 엘제비어와를 공동 주최하고 단체 교섭을 제공한다 회의 후원하고 있다.그리고 strRFBR의 프로그램 및 보조금에 지속적으로 관여함.[8]

브릭스 STI 프레임워크 프로그램
브릭스(BRICS)는 2009년부터 매년 만나온 브라질, 러시아, 인도, 중국, 남아프리카공화국 정부의 연합회다. 브릭스 회원들은 2015년 과학기술 혁신 분야의 협력에 관한 양해각서를 작성했다.[28][29] 러시아 기초연구재단은 이러한 협력을 시행하고 있는 여러 러시아 국가기관 중 하나이다.[30][31]
엘기친 호
국제대륙과학시추프로그램(International Continental Scientific Crauling Program)의 회원이 아닌 러시아 기관인 RFBR은 국제시추프로그램(International Cental Sculing Program)의 작업을 재정적으로 후원하고 있다.[32]
e-ASIA 공동 연구 프로그램
러시아 기초연구재단은 경제발전을 촉진하기 위한 수단으로서 동아시아 지역의 과학기술 혁신을 촉진하기 위한 노력인 e-ASIA 공동연구 프로그램의 회원이다.[33][34]
글로벌 리서치 평의회
RFBR은 한국연구재단과 함께 2018년 세계연구회의 연차총회를 공동 주최한다.[3][35]
