Staff and Educational Development Association

직원교육발전협회(SEDA)는 영국의 직원 및 교육개발자를 위한 전문 협회로서 고등교육의 혁신과 우수 실천을 촉진한다.[1]SEDA는 1993년에 만들어졌다.[2]

SEDA의 활동은 다음과 같은 5가지 주요 영역으로 클러스터링된다.

SEDA는 영국 내 고등교육기관 및 영국 외 일부 교육기관에서 근무하는 모든 유형의 교직원과 직원을 위한 전문 개발 프로그램을 인가(인식)[4]한다.그것은 각기 다른 역할이나 활동을 목표로 하는 16개의 "이름있는 상"을 포함하는 프로페셔널 개발 프레임워크를 통해 이를 실현하는데, 이 프레임워크는 "특수주의적 결과"는 다르지만 공통적인 프로페셔널 가치와 개발 결과를 공유한다.[5][6]
