스테인포스 폭포(Stainforth Force, Stainforth Foss and Ribble Falls)는 영국 노스요크셔주 세틀에서 북쪽으로 3마일(5km) 떨어진 스테인포스에 있는 2.5미터(8피트 2인치) 높이의 폭포이다.폭포는 연어가 강을 거슬러 올라가는 가을에 인기 있는 관광 명소이다.
묘사
스테인포스 포스는 노스요크셔의 [2]스테인포스 [1]다리에서 남쪽으로 약 50야드(46m) 떨어진 스테인포스 마을 근처에 위치한 작은 폭포이다.물이 이곳으로 흘러들어오는 부분 침식된 바위는 채플하우스 석회암으로, 작은 [3]배사선에 의해 노출되어 있다.그러나 연어 이동을 쉽게 하기 위해 요크셔 데일즈 국립공원은 눈에 띄지 않는 방법으로 이 바위를 조각했다."[4]
