클래퍼
The Clapper
클래퍼는 소리 작동식 전기 스위치로 1984년 이후 캘리포니아주 샌프란시스코에 본사를 둔 조셉 엔터프라이즈 주식회사가 판매했다.[1]Joseph Pedott는 "Clap On! Chlock Off!"라는 슬로건을 내걸고 Clapper를 시판했다.클래퍼!"[2]
클래퍼는 미국식 전기 콘센트에 연결되며, 클래퍼에 연결된 최대 2개의 장치를 제어할 수 있다.[3]클래퍼 플러스로 알려진 업그레이드된 모델에는 원래 소리 기반 활성화 외에도 원격 제어 기능이 포함되어 있다.[4]
비록 박수갈채로 작동하기 위한 것이었지만, 클래퍼는 다른 소음으로 인해 우발적으로 작동될 수 있다.[5]
특허
Clapper는 Carlile R에 의해 발명되었다.스티븐스와 데일 E.레이머, 그리고 1996년 2월 20일에 발행된 미국 특허 #5493618을 발행했다.[6]
