알레르기 및 임상 면역학 저널은 알레르기 및 면역학에 대한 연구를 다루는 월간 동료 검토 의학 저널이다. 미국 알레르기·천식·면역학 아카데미의 두 공식 학술지 중 하나이다.[1] 이 잡지는 1929년 알러지 저널(Journal of Algery)로 제정돼 1971년 현재의 이름을 얻었다.[2][3] 명칭 변경은 "알레르기"[4]라는 용어의 적용 가능성의 폭에 대한 의사들 사이의 태도 변화와 관련이 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 그 저널은 창간 이래 모스비 각인 하에 출판되었다.[2][3]
