세타2 현미경(θθ2 Mic)은 클래스 A0이다.현미경자리 III[3] (흰색 거성) 별.겉보기 크기는 5.76이며[2] 시차 기준으로 약 390광년 떨어져 있다.[1]그것은 특이하게 강한 금속 스펙트럼 라인을 가진 화학적으로 특이한 별인 Ap 별이다.[8]

주별은 464.66년으로 두 성분의 A(6.24 mag)와 B(6.88 mag)가 반조르 축 0.836"의 궤도를 선회하고 기이성 0.201을 가지고 있으며, 기간도 464.66년이다.[9]더 먼 동반자인 C는 약 78.4"와 10.3"의 거리를 가진다.[10]
