Tin Ping Estate(중국어: 天平邨)는 홍콩 성수이(成水)의 공공주택지로, 세크리티힐(Sacred Hill)과 Tin Ping Shan Chuen(Tin Ping Shan Chuen) 근처에 있다.[3][4]성수이타운의 최북단 공공 및 TPS 주택용지로 1986년부터 1990년 사이에 완공된 7개의 주거용 건물로 구성되어 있다.일부 아파트는 2000년에 세입자 구매 계획 단계 3을 통해 세입자에게 팔렸다.[5]

신궁 법원(安宮 安宮 安宮 安宮)은 틴핑 부동산(Tin Ping Prostitute) 인근 성수이(成水)에 있는 주택소유계획법정이다.[3][4]1990년에 지어진 블록은 단 한 개뿐이다.[6]

인구통계학

2016년 인구조사에 따르면 틴핑에스테이트의 인구는 1만7625명이었다.중위연령은 51.6세로 주민 대다수(99.1%)가 중국 민족이었다.평균 가구 규모는 2.9명이었다.모든 가구(즉, 경제활동가구와 비활동가구를 모두 포함)의 월평균 가구소득은 24,170 홍콩달러였다.[1]

정치

2019년 구의회 선거의 경우 2개 선거구 내에 부동산이 떨어졌다.대부분의 부동산은 궈룽펑이 대표로 있는 틴핑웨스트 선거구에 위치하고 있으며,[7] 나머지 부동산과 온신법원은 2021년 7월까지 라우기펑이 대표했던 틴핑동부 선거구에 속한다.[8][9]

코비드 대유행

틴핑에스테이트의 틴희하우스는 2022년 2월 23일 폐쇄되었다.[10]
