Ward Lock travel guides
워드 록 여행 가이드 또는 레드 가이드(1870년대~1970년대)는 런던의 워드 락앤코에서 발행한 영국 섬과 대륙 유럽 여행 가이드북이다.[1] 그 회사는 그들을 "재미있고 읽을 수 있는" 그리고 "가장 신뢰할 수 있는 안내자"라고 선언했다.[2] 다른 독자들에게 그 책은 홍보적이고 "매우 비판적"[3]이었다. 워드락 가이드는 19세기 후반 메투엔사의 리틀 가이드 등 비슷한 시리즈와 비교했을 때 "여행의 실용성"을 강조했다."[4]
