윌 패커 프로덕션은 윌 패커가 설립하고 운영하는 미국의 영화 및 텔레비전 제작 회사다.
역사
패커는 1994년 영화감독 롭 하디(Rob Hardy)와 함께 플로리다 농기계대학(FAMU)에서 영화 활동을 시작했다. 수익성이 높은 독립영화를 자체 배급한 후, 패커는 2001년 소니와 주요 배급 계약을 중개하는 것을 도왔다. 패커는 박스 오피스 1위 영화인 "마당을 밟다", "집착하다", "취급하다", "생각하다", "따라간다"를 포함한 몇 편의 작은 예산과 흥행작을 제작했다. 2013년 7월, 패커는 윌 패커 프로덕션을 론칭하고 유니버설 텔레비전과 2년 계약을 체결하여 스튜디오를 위한 새로운 프로젝트를 개발하였다.[1] 그해 말 유니버설 픽처스와 3년 '퍼스트룩' 계약을 맺었다.[2] 패커와 하디는 2014년 6월에 상호 해산한 열대우림 영화였다. 열대우림 영화의 현수막 아래 등장할 마지막 윌 패커가 제작한 영화는 어바웃 라스트 나이트(About Last Night)라고 보도되었다. '생각도 맨투처럼', '노 선행', '웨딩링거', '라이드 어웨이 2'(우림영화 해체 당시 개발, 촬영 또는 사후 제작 중이었던 모든 윌 패커 제작 영화)가 새로운 대상인 '윌 패커 프로덕션'에 들어간다.[3][4]
