포맷

2018 CWL 글로벌 프로리그는 북미, 유럽, APAC 지역 16개 팀이 참가하는 2개 스테이지로 구성됐다.16개 팀은 2개의 다른 디비전으로 나뉘어 각 디비전의 상위 4개 팀이 플레이오프에 진출했다.각 풀의 상위 6개 팀은 스테이지 2에 진출하고, 각 디비전의 하위 2개 팀은 강등 [1]플레이오프에 진출해야 한다.

스테이지 1

스테이지 1에서는 총 70만달러의 상금이 지급된다.16개 팀 모두 참가비로 12,500달러를 받게 되며, 플레이오프에 진출한 8개 팀은 [1][2]50만 달러를 더 받고 경기를 하게 된다.
