역사

챗봇(봇엔진)은 2016년 해커톤에서 [1][2]이 프로젝트를 수주한 라이브챗소프트웨어가 만든 연구 프로젝트에서 유래했다.2017년 8월 LiveChat은 BotEngine 챗봇 빌드 [3][4][5]플랫폼의 베타 버전을 출시했습니다.

2017년 9월 라이브챗은 BotEngine과 [6][7]통합되었습니다.현재 형태의 챗봇은 2018년 [8]2월 21일에 출시되었습니다.2018년 3월, BotEngine은 베타 [9]버전으로 출시되었습니다.챗봇은 2019년 10월 웹사이트나 페이스북에서 [10]봇과 상호작용한 방문자에 대한 맞춤형 데이터를 수집하는 기능을 추가했다.2020년 5월, 챗봇은 Infermedica와 협력하여 COVID-19 위험 평가 챗봇을 [11]출시하였다.

개요
