클라우디오 프로체시
Claudio Procesi클라우디오 프로체시(Claudio Processi, 1941년 3월 31일 로마에서 출생)는 대수학과 표현 이론의 작품으로 알려진 이탈리아의 수학자다.
경력
프로세시는 1963년 로마 사피엔자 대학에서 학위(로레아)를 받았다. 1966년에 그는 "다항식 정체성을 가진 온 링"이라는 논문을 가지고 이스라엘 헤르슈타인이 조언한 시카고 대학을 졸업했다. 1966년부터 로마대학 조교, 1970년 레체대학 부교수, 1971년 피사대학 부교수를 지냈다. 1973년부터 그는 피사의 전임 교수였고 1975년 로마 사피엔자 대학의 평범한 교수였다. 프로세시는[1] 필드 에 대한 n 행렬의 다항식 불변수가 모두 해밀턴-케이리 정리에서 나왔다는 것을 증명했는데, 이 정리에서는 정사각형 행렬이 고유의 특성 다항식을 만족한다고 한다.[2]
