다이네인 라이트 체인 Tctex형 1은 인간에서 DYNLT1 유전자에 의해 인코딩되는 단백질이다.^[4]^[5]^[6]

세포질 다인(Cyoptasmic dynein)은 미세관(microtubule) 기반의 운동성 공정을 담당하는 주요 운동 단백질 복합체다. 각 다이네인 콤플렉스는 ATPase와 운동 활동을 하는 2개의 헤비 체인과 액세서리 폴리펩타이드 그룹으로 구성되어 있다. TCTEX1은 화물 바인딩에 관련된 다이네인 라이트 체인이다(Chuang 등, 2005).[OMIM에 의해 제공]^[6]
