ECT2단백질 ECT2는 인간에게 ECT2 유전자에 의해 암호화된 단백질이다.[4][5][6]
함수
이 유전자가 인코딩한 단백질은 Rho 특유의 교환인자와 효모세포 주기 조절기와 관련된 변형 단백질이다.이 유전자의 발현은 DNA 합성의 시작과 함께 높아지며 G2와 M 단계 동안 높아진다.현장 잡종 분석 결과 간 재생에서 유사분열을 겪는 세포에서 표현력이 높은 것으로 나타났다.따라서 이 단백질은 간 재생 중에 세포 순환에 의존하는 방식으로 표현되며, 사이토키네시스 조절에 중요한 역할을 한다고 생각된다.[6]
상호작용
ECT2는 PARD6A와 상호작용하는 것으로 나타났다.[7]
