피브리노겐 알파 체인
Fibrinogen alpha chain피브리노겐 알파 체인은 인간에게 FGA 유전자에 의해 암호화된 단백질이다.
함수
이 유전자에 의해 암호화된 단백질은 피브리노겐의 알파 성분으로, 3쌍의 비식별성 폴리펩타이드 체인으로 구성된 혈액 매개 당단백질이다.혈관 부상에 이어 트롬빈에 의해 피브리노겐이 갈라져 피브린을 형성하는데, 이는 혈전의 가장 풍부한 성분이다.또한 피브리노겐과 피브린의 다양한 갈라진 산물은 세포 유착과 확산을 조절하고, 혈관확장기와 화학작용을 표시하며, 여러 종류의 세포에 대한 미토균이다.이 유전자의 돌연변이는 이피브린겐혈증, 저피브린겐혈증, 아피브린겐혈증, 신장 아밀로이드증 등 여러 질환으로 이어진다.대체 스플라이싱은 카복시-터미너스에서 다양한 두 개의 이소 형태를 만든다.[5]

피브리노겐 알파 체인은 조직 플라시노겐 활성제와 상호작용하는 것으로 나타났다.[6][7]
