역사

Hanon Systems는 [2]1986년에 Ford와 Mando Machinery의 합작 회사인 Halla Climate Control로 처음 설립되었습니다.1999년 외환위기 때 만도의 모회사인 한라그룹이 파산하면서 합작사 지분 전량을 포드 산하 비스테온에 매각했습니다.포드는 비스테온 인수 이후 비스테온의 열시스템 사업을 한라기후관리(HVCC)로 통합하고 2013년 [3][4]사명을 한라비스테온기후관리(HVCC)로 변경했습니다.
