1991년 독립된 조직으로 결성된 혁신적 사용자 그룹은 회사의 소프트웨어를 사용하는 도서관을 서비스한다. 혁신적 사용자 그룹은 연례 회의를 조직하고, 사용자가 제출한 개선사항에 대한 투표를 조직하며, 사용자가 소프트웨어를 더 잘 사용하기 위해 만든 튜토리얼, 스크립트, 가이드 및 기타 자원을 공유할 수 있도록 IUG Clearinghouse를 유지한다.[24]
