인트라도는 2019년 클라우드 협업,[5] 생명 및 안전(91 운영 포함), 엔터프라이즈 커뮤니케이션, 디지털 미디어(스트리밍 운영 포함), 건강 및 웰니스(헬스케어 청구 및 고객 지원 포함) 등 5개 주요 부문으로 재편성됐다.[6]2019년 아폴로 글로벌 매니지먼트가 소유한 WRGS(West Incellen Generation Services)에도 텔레마케팅 브랜드를 돌렸다.

역사

Gary와 Mary West는 1978년에 미국의 WATS 마케팅을 공동 설립했다.[8]이 커플은 1985년 회사를 떠났고 메리 웨스트는 1986년 트로이 이덴과 함께 웨스트 텔레세르비스를 설립했다.[8]게리 웨스트는 1년 후 웨스트 텔레세비스에 회장으로 합류했다.[8]

논란

인타도는 미국의 많은 주에서 911 정전을 야기하는 몇 가지 기술적 문제에 대한 책임 있는 당사자가 된 이력이 있다.

2014년 4월, 인타도는 약 1,100만 명의 사람들에게 영향을 준 14개 주 911 정전 사태와 6,000건의 긴급 구조 통화 사이의 핵심 공급원이었다.[16][17][18]
