Ω1 전갈자리, 라틴어로 오메가 전갈자리 Ω1 전갈자리 는 전갈자리 별자리에 있는 별이다.외관상 3.95의[2] 시각적 규모로, 황반 북쪽 0.22도인 육안으로 볼 수 있다.이 별의 시차 측정은 태양으로부터 약 470광년 떨어진 것으로 추정된다.스콜피우스-센타우루스 협회의 회원이다.[12]
이것은 B1 V의 별 분류를 가진 B형 주계열성이다.[2]그것은 9,120개의 태양의 광도를 가지고 있으며, 500만년의 등시기와 11개의 태양 질량의 추정 질량과 일치한다.[7]반경은 태양의 약 6.6배이다.[8]유효 온도는 외부 대기 중 26,530이다.[2]
오메가1 전갈피는 β 세페이의 항성으로 하루 15사이클의 속도로 비방사성 맥동을 거친다.[9]이로 인해 적도를 따라 표면온도가 28,300 K에서 22,600 K 사이에서 요동치고 있다.이 별은 105km/s의 예상 회전 속도와 14h.4의 추정 회전 기간으로 빠르게 회전하고 있다.별의 극은 지구에서 시선으로 약 60° 기울어져 있다.[4]
이름
쿡 제도에서는 부모를 피해 하늘로 도망쳐 오메가1, 오메가2 전갈자리 쌍둥이가 되는 전통 이야기가 전해진다.피리에-에-우아 '분리되지 않음'으로 불리는 이 소녀는 이름을 밝히지 않은 오빠를 꼭 붙잡고 있다.[13](IAU는 무2 스콜피아의 이름을 짓기 위해 타히티에서 온 이 이야기의 버전을 사용했다.)
