스탠튼 체이스는 1990년에 운영을 시작했다. 그 이후 그 회사는 45개국 76개 사무소로 확장되었다.[4][1] 2014년 10월, 미키 매튜스는 스탠튼 체이스의 국제 회장으로 선출되었고,[5] 2017년까지 포브스는 스탠튼 체이스가 10대 경영진 모집 회사에 이름을 올렸다.[6] 2018년에는 임원 검색업체 중 최초로 가상화폐를 수용했다.[7]
