전정 피질은 전정체계의 입력에 반응하는 대뇌의 부분이다.[1]
그 위치는 잘 규정되어 있지 않지만, 일부 연구는 우뇌 우위라는 것을 보여준다.[2]
"임시-페리-실비아 전정피질"(TPSVC)은 원숭이에게서 발견되는 두정정정맥 전정피질(Parieto-Peri-Sylvisian 전정피질)과 유사하게 제안되었다.[4]
