Wireless Information System for Emergency RespondersWISER(Wireless Information System for Emergency Emergency Response)는 최초 대응자의 대응 중 유해물질 식별을 지원하는 시스템이다.이 시스템은 미국 국립 의학도서관에 의해 만들어졌다.[1][2]
역량
WISER는 위험 물질 데이터 뱅크에서 가장 많이 접하는 항목을 가지고 있다.미지의 물질을 쉽게 식별할 수 있도록 인터페이스로 데이터를 단순화한다.알려진 물질은 UN 번호, CAS 번호, 과학 교통 상품 코드(STCC) 번호 등 다양한 방법을 통해 검색할 수 있다.[3]이 시스템은 건강 영향, 치료 및 직업 노출 수준의 개요를 제공한다.비상대응 가이드북과 대량살상무기 가이드북 등 추가 도구를 이용할 수 있다.[4]
플랫폼
WISER는 Microsoft Windows PC, Windows Mobile 장치 및 Palm OS PDA에 다운로드 가능한 응용 프로그램을 가지고 있다.PDA와 PC 기반 브라우저 모두를 위한 브라우저 기반 애플리케이션(WebWiser)이기도 하다.[4]
