- 2월 7일 - 우타라칸드 입법의회가 2024년 통일민법(UCC) 법안을 통과시켜 우타라칸드는 인도에서 통일민법에 관한 법을 가진 첫 번째 주가 되었습니다. 우타라칸드의 푸슈카르 싱 다미 수석 장관은 그것을 이 나라의 "역사적인 순간"이라고 묘사했습니다.[18]

- 2월 12일 - 카타르가 스파이 혐의로 처음 사형을 선고받았던 인도 해군 출신 퇴역 군인 8명을 석방했습니다. 외교부(MEA)는 그들의 석방을 촉진하는 데 있어 카타르 정부의 에미리트의 역할에 감사를 표했습니다.[21][22]
