에마드(페르시아어: عماد, 점등. '필러')는 샤하브-3의 파생형인 이란제 액체연료 [1]중거리탄도미사일(MRBM)이다.
설명
Emad는 정확도가 10m인 1700km의[2] 범위에서 750kg의 페이로드를 운반할 수 있다. 기존의 샤하브-3와는 다른 새로운 노즈콘 디자인을 사용한다. 또한 변경된 설계로 탄두가 목표물 위로 높이 폭발하는 것이 가능해져 핵 전자기 펄스 공격뿐만 아니라 화학, 생물학[3] 또는 핵 무기 폭발에도 더 적합할 수 있다.[4]
이 미사일은 호세인 데한 준장이 2015년 10월 11일 선보였다.[5][6] 이매드는 새롭게 설계된 재진입차량에 보다 진보된 유도제어 시스템이 적용돼 정밀유도형 IRBM으로는 국내 최초다.[7][8][9][10][11] 노즈콘에 첨단 유도제어시스템을 탑재한 이 미사일의 정확도는 500m 안팎인 것으로 알려졌다.[5][12][13] 샤하브-3의 또 다른 변종인 것으로 보이는 이 미사일은 2016년쯤 군부에 전달될 것으로 예상됐다.
