모닝롤은[1] 스코틀랜드에서 인기 있는 통기성이 좋고 쫄깃쫄깃한 빵 롤이다. 변종은 잘 연소된 롤로, 대량 발열에서 더 강한 향기를 부여하고 더 높은 온도에서 구워진다.[2][3][4][5]
