남침시언, 스귀시언[노트 1](Sgi..s/로 발음됨:/skiːxs/)[8]또는 스귀엠크는 기원전 클렘투에 있는 깃가타족과 기타수 침시안이 사용하는 침시언어의 남방 사투리다.[6] 마지막 남은 연사 바이올렛 네아손의 죽음과 함께 멸종되었다.

Sgüx̣s는 코스트 침시안과 가깝고 매우 보수적인 방언으로 묘사되어[9] 왔지만, 두 사람이 코스트 침시안과 상호 이해가능하지는 않았을 것이다.[10] Sgüx̣s라는 이름은 "옆에 있는 언어"를 의미한다."

전문가인 존 애셔 던은 이 언어에 관한 몇 가지 기사를 썼는데,[11]이 언어에서 남침시언이라는 용어가 생겨났다.[12]
