테나신-R(Tenaschin-R, TNR)은 주로 중추신경계에서 발현되는 세포외 매트릭스 단백질이다.테나신(Tnascin, TN) 유전자 계열의 일원으로 포유류에서 TNC(또는 헥사브라치온), TNXB(TNXB), TNR 등 최소 3개의 유전자를 포함하고 있다.[8]이 유전자들은 배아 발달 동안 서로 다른 시기에 구별되는 조직에서 발현되며 성인 조직에도 존재한다.[OMIM에 의해 제공][7]
