우크라이나의 개방형 액세스
Open access in Ukraine우크라이나에서는 2007년 법률에 따라 공공기금을 통해 만들어진 연구의 공개접근 출판이 요구된다.[1] 2008년 1월 우크라이나, 벨로루시, 러시아 학자들은 '과학적 지식과 문화유산에 대한 개방적 접근에 관한 벨고로드 선언'[2]을 발표했다. 우크라이나의 학자들은 2009년 6월에 개방적인 접근을 지지하는 또 다른 성명을 발표했다.[2]

우크라이나에는 디지털 오픈 액세스 저장소에 소장된 많은 장학금 모음이 있다.[3] 그들은 자유롭게 읽을 수 있는 저널 기사, 책장, 자료, 그리고 다른 연구 결과물들을 포함하고 있다.
