프라보드 찬드라 센굽타(Prabodh Chandra Sengupta, 1876년–1962년 6월 21일)[1]는 고대 인도의 천문학자였다. 캘커타에 있는 베쓰네 대학의 수학 교수였고 캘커타 대학의 인도 천문학 및 수학 강사였다.[citation needed]
초년기
프라보드 찬드라 센굽타(Prabodh Chandra Sengupta)는 람 찬드라 센굽타의 작은 아들로 1876년 6월 21일(현재 방글라데시)의 탕게일 인근 마을에서 태어났다. 산토시 자나비 H. E. 학교에서 조기 교육을 받았으며 장학금을 받을 만큼 충분한 공적을 가지고 입학시험(매트릭)에 합격했다.[2]
