분자생물학에서 소핵 RNA SNORA58(ACA58)은 다른 소핵 RNA(snRNA)의 생물 발생(수정)에서 기능하는 비코딩 RNA(ncRNA) 분자다.이러한 유형의 수정 RNA는 snRNA 생물 발생의 주요 부위인 진핵 세포의 핵에 위치한다.소핵 RNA(snoRNA)로 알려져 있으며, 흔히 "가이드 RNA"라고도 한다.

ACA58 was originally cloned from HeLa cells[1] and belongs to the H/ACA box class of snoRNAs as it has the predicted hairpin-hinge-hairpin-tail structure, has the conserved H/ACA-box motifs and is found associated with GAR1 protein. snoRNA ACA58 is predicted to guide the pseudouridylation of U3823 of 28S ribosomal RNA (rRNA).유사우리딜화는 서로 다른 이소성 형태 유사우리딘에 대한 (핵산염의 이성질화)이다.
